Graduate of an accredited school of medicine with an MD or DO degree. Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program. Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Current, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain) in the state of South Carolina, plus an active DEA license.
