Development and oversight of a clinical team structure that meets the needs of our patients, organization, and health care professionals Collaborate with hospital leadership to advance quality initiatives, patient safety, and operational excellence Participate in administrative functions including scheduling, performance management, and program development
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Minimum of 3 years of hospitalist experience, prior leadership experience strongly preferred
