Job Overview Martin Luther Care Center is looking for a Housekeeper to provide a clean, safe and cheerful environment for residents, staff and visitors at our senior assited living and skilled nursing care facility in Bloomington, MN. Full-time Housekeeping position includes: Casual/On-Call Schedule Day shift Weekends as needed Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs.

Responsibilities Performs housekeeping duties: Vacuums Changes water bucket or mop head as trained Uses wet floor signs Maintains housekeeping cart and closet Replenishes supplies – soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Cleans tile/walls, windows, and glass doors Ensures chemicals are locked up Cleans public areas, resident rooms, and restrooms: Cleans drinking fountains with disinfectant Replenishes supplies – soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Vacuums carpets Empties and washes waste baskets with disinfectant when needed Assists with emergency spills as needed Maintains clean linen carts Assists with grounds cleanup when requested Performs other duties as assigned.
