Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
Qualifications
✓Additional requirements include:
✓Previous healthcare, clinical housekeeping, environmental services, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
✓Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
✓Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, infection prevention, and patient safety.
✓Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
✓Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively with nurses, surgical staff, and other team members.
✓Ability to remain on your feet and move throughout the department for extended periods.

About the role

Supporting six operating rooms and approximately 15–20 procedures daily, you'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe surgical environment while working alongside a supportive team that steps in to help one another.
