The Human Resources Assistant provides clerical and general support to the Human Resources Director; to promote the effective flow of information and to manage office services. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Manages applicant interview/hiring using ATS. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants.
Answers phones promptly and in a courteous manner. Assists with new employee background checks and hiring process. Assembly and upkeep of employee files.
Coordinates hospital orientation to include copying of material.
