Qualifications
✓2 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, data analysis, or related internship experience.
✓Ability to follow both written and oral instructions accurately and consistently.
✓Technical Skills
✓Proficiency with HR systems, software, or databases.
✓Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
✓Understanding of basic HR principles and HR metrics.
✓Core Competencies
✓Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
✓Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
✓Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
