HR Coordinator - Healthcare | The Ranch at Dove Tree | Lubbock, Texas About the Job: The HR Coordinator supports the effective delivery of human resources services by coordinating key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, employee records, HRIS data maintenance, training administration, benefits support, employee relations, recognition activities, and compliance-related processes. This position serves as a resource to employees and supervisors for routine HR questions and assists with day-to-day HR operations to promote accurate documentation, consistent communication, regulatory compliance, and a positive work environment.
Roles and
Recruitment and Hiring Support Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and tracking open positions. Coordinate pre-employment screening and prepare hiring documentation, including offer letters, as directed. Support recruitment events and other hiring initiatives as needed.
Onboarding, Orientation, and Employee Transitions Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities, including completion of required employment documents. Communicate onboarding requirements and related information to employees, supervisors, and applicable departments. Assist with employee transition and termination processes, including timely documentation and system updates.
HRIS, Records, and Compliance Administration Maintain accurate employee information in HRIS and other required systems. Organize, update, and audit personnel files to ensure required records are complete and accurate. Track licensure, certification, training, and other compliance-related requirements.
Prepare reports and documentation to support internal, federal, state, licensing, and audit requirements. Employee Relations, Policy Guidance, and Confidentiality Serve as an initial point of contact for routine HR questions from employees and supervisors. Communicate HR policies, procedures, and practices in a clear and consistent manner.
Provide general guidance and escalate complex or sensitive matters to appropriate HR leadership. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times. Training, HR Operations, Projects, and Reporting Track employee training completion through the Learning Management System and follow up on outstanding requirements.
Support HR projects, process improvement efforts, employee engagement activities, and facility HR initiatives. Collaborate with corporate and facility partners to complete reports, respond to requests, and support operational needs. ADDITIONAL
Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains regulatory and industry standards. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Accepts responsibility for professional growth and development of self and attends all mandatory facility in-services and staff development activities as scheduled.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL
Associate’s degree in human resources, business or related field required OR High School diploma plus related comparable experience. Two or more years’ human resources experience required, preferably in healthcare field. Knowledge of The Joint Commission, facility licensing standards and third-party payor requirements is beneficial to aspects of the job.
Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and external customers. LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: Not Applicable.
