✓Monitor and act on internal HR reports (e.g., pending hires, terminations, I-9 completions, license/certification reports) to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely completion of processes.
✓Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company requirements regarding employee documentation, including timely processing of I-9s and license/certification renewals.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the Human Resources department and Field Operations. This position is responsible for supporting and facilitating HR processes across all business locations within their assigned region. Training will be onsite until training is over, then the position will be 1 day onsite.
