You’ll need
Certifications
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation and other specialized training preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Qualifications
✓Three (3) years’ experience working in employee and or labor relations with emphasis on generalist functions.
✓Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
✓Effective oral and written communication along with excellent interpersonal, organizational and coaching skills.
✓Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
✓Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without accommodation
Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
