Education
✓Total education, vocational training and experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Qualifications
✓Effective verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of telephone etiquette is required.
✓Ability to interact in a positive manner and to communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, supervisor and other hospital employees.
✓Ability to maintain confidentiality.
✓Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
✓Must be able to maintain accuracy of information/documentation.
✓Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
✓Knowledge of departmental and personnel policies.
✓Excellent organizational skills.

✓Must be team oriented with the ability to self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, and work within critical deadlines.
One to three years’ experience in a human resources generalist and/or administrative position, preferably in the behavioral health field or a related healthcare industry. preferred
