You’ll need
Certifications
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred
SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
PHR or SPHR certification through HRCI preferred
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required
Master’s degree preferred
Qualifications
✓5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
✓Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
✓Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
✓Excellent consultation and influencing abilities
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✓Ability to build trust and credibility with leaders
✓Experience conducting workplace investigations
✓Knowledge of performance management principles
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✓Excellent organizational and project management skills
✓Proficiency with HRIS systems (such as Workday), Microsoft Office, and workforce analytics tools
✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
✓Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
3+ years serving as an HR Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner preferred
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
