Education
✓Must have a strong service-oriented attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to build meaningful connections with members of the university community.
✓Bachelor's Degree in business administration with an emphasis in human resources or related field required
Qualifications
✓Proven problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and addressing complex challenges efficiently and creatively.
✓Excellent critical thinking, writing, and analytical skills, ability to analyze data to identify operational gaps.
✓Ability to work independently and effectively, exercising prudent judgment and discretion at all times.
✓Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, showing resilience and adaptability in managing shifting priorities and unforeseen challenges.
✓May substitute required education with equivalent years of experience beyond the minimum experience requirement.
✓6 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources; experience in at least one HR specialty function required
✓Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.
