Overview NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is looking for a HR Director at our Medical Behavioral Hospital of Clear Lake, Texas location.
You will be joining a team of rock star staff who provide exceptional, patient-centered care and understand our patients are always our number one priority! The HR Director will manage a human resources department, oversee administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies. Responsibilities include development and administration of personnel rules and regulations, pay and job classification structure.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration field required. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting. Prior supervisory experience required. Regulatory agency knowledge preferred.
License/Certification: SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
