Responsibilities The Human Resources Generalist manages the day to day operations and provides a wide variety of complex Human Resources support to all levels in the organization, ensuring the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures. The position performs high-level professional duties in a variety of functional core human resources areas including affirmative action, acquisition projects, legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $26.00 to $34.99.
