This is a hands-on, hospital-based HR Coordinator role for someone who wants to be close to the work- supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations; while partnering closely with our HR Shared Services team.

Responsibilities As the on-site HR Coordinator, you serve as the primary HR presence in the hospital, coordinating the full scope of HR operations in close collaboration with centralized HR partners.
You are both a trusted resource for employees and leaders and a key connector between the hospital and enterprise HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, balancing operational execution with relationship-building, and learning how HR strategy comes to life in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Minimum
Bachelors Degree in HR, Business or related field required. (Commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of the degree with the approval of Corporate HR) 2 years Human Resources experience required.
