Five years experience in electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration, preferable in a health care setting. Knowledge and
Good verbal and written communication skills. Extensive knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration. Basic computer skills.
Read blue prints. License/Certifications: Valid California driver’s license and EPA certification. Forklift certification preferred.
Equipment: Heaters, air conditioners, exhaust fans, refrigerators, freezers, etc. Employee provides basic personal hand tools
