Education
✓Bachelor’s degree or higher in a professional healthcare discipline such as Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, etc. or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering.
✓A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for up to two (2) years of the required experience.
Qualifications
✓Three (3) years’ experience leading improvement projects with demonstrable results.
✓Internal transfers who have successfully completed training in the one-year Improvement System Associate role, combined with having met the requirements for entry into that role, may be promoted to the Improvement System Coach II with approval of the Director, Orlando Health Improvement System.
