The team has a positive working dynamic and is very supportive. Multi-disciplinary meetings are held once a week. Case Load size: 10-15 active therapy clients, 30 total clients enrolled in the program that this role interacts with for outreach and assessments Location: On-site at the Independence Center and requires some travel in the community (St.

Louis City and County) as needed. Travel could be 1-2 times per week to client homes. Work from home allowed as needed and appropriate based on clients’ needs Must be fully licensed OR has a CADC or CRADC certification (certified alcohol and drug counselor)

Meet one-on-one with clients for therapy sessions. Plans and leads group education and group therapy sessions. Will lead multi-disciplinary meetings and guides discussion on client progress and plans for continued improvement and support.

Completes annual biopsychosocial assessments for all ITCD clients. Completes annual ITCD assessment for all clients. Creates, modifies, and reviews treatment plans for all ITCD clients.

Supports ITCD supervisor in monitoring fidelity. Provides clinical guidance and support to fellow ITCD team members. OverviewBJC Behavioral Health is a community health center that provides and coordinates behavioral health services for more than 8,000 seriously mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children in St.

Louis City, St. Louis County, St. François, Iron and Washington counties.

As an Administrative Agent of the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), BJC Behavioral Health serves as a major point of entry for people eligible for mental health services funded by DMH and is responsible for serving as gatekeeper to the public mental health system.
