Licensure
✓Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN school of nursing with current AR licensure.
Qualifications
✓Understanding of the principles of asepsis, epidemiology, microbiology, the development of policy and procedures, patient care practices, group dynamics, and knowledge of adult education principles necessary.
✓Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements such as OSHA, occupational health and safety practices, evaluate medical treatment for associate injuries, physical requirements of jobs, associate health issues.
✓Should be competent in use of computers, especially Microsoft Office.
✓Should have good communication skills, both oral and written.
✓Basic knowledge of Quality Improvement in the healthcare setting. Demonstrates ability to compile relevant data sources into meaningful reports for use in performance improvement and decision making. Strong organizational skills. Responsible for training and support with Meditech Expanse.
