Greets visitors, responding to inquires or problems and directing visitors to requested locations.
Answers and directs phone calls and walk-in inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department. Provides information about the organization's services, policies, and procedures to visitors. Maintains and updates records of visitors, inquiries, and complaints.
Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the information desk area. Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to visitors. Education Requirement: High school diploma, required.
