✓Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across application, infrastructure, security, testing, integration, and business stakeholder groups
✓Healthcare IT experience supporting clinical and business applications.
✓Experience supporting Epic, ERP Cloud, STAFF SCHEDULING AND TIMEKEEPING, ServiceNow, or comparable enterprise platforms
✓Experience with ITIL-based Change, Release, and Environment Management practices
✓Experience leading enterprise software upgrades, platform releases, and production deployments
✓Knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
✓Ability to evaluate release readiness, deployment risks, and production support requirements.
Experience supporting complex enterprise systems in a regulated environment, preferred
