Analyze medical records to assign appropriate diagnosis codes following coding guidelines. Analyze medical records to assign appropriate procedure codes following coding guidelines. Perform analysis of medical records to perform medical record abstraction.

Assist in the hospital revenue cycle. Perform concurrent reviews of patient medical records to perform DRG reviews and documentation improvement as needed. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
