You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensed LPN with NH eligibility
Certifications
✓(BLS) Basic Life Support
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Qualifications
✓Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, safety, and infection control standards.
✓Inform patients of PT results, dose of medication to take, and time frame for follow-up.
✓Recognizes patient problems and refers any concerns regarding medication regimen, bleeding, or other adverse physical conditions to the physician.
✓1-3 years general nursing experience in in a hospital/clinical setting.
