About the role

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Piedmont Columbus Children’s Hospital as a full-time provider.

What you’ll do
Examine, evaluate, and treatExamine, evaluate, and treat patients with serious medical conditions, illness or injuries on the general pediatrics floor as well as our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
Take patient histories, conductTake patient histories, conduct physical examinations and record data in patient’s medical record
Evaluate and treat patientsEvaluate and treat patients to achieve optimal patient care
Collaborate with the on-callCollaborate with the on-call physician for the overnight care of the pediatric patient with the physician on call for urgent needs
Collaborate with the careCollaborate with the care team on the floor and the PICU to oversee and participate on care of the general and intensive pediatric patient
