Licensure
✓Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a pharmacist in Montana.
Certifications
✓Anticoagulation therapy management certification from ACPE Accredited course and/or certified anticoagulation provider from ASHP when applicable.
Education
✓Pharm.D. degree, or BS Pharmacy, from an accredited school of pharmacy.

About the role
Provides pharmaceutical care by identifying, assessing, and solving medication problems. Responsible for providing physician, staff and family (caregivers) with drug information. Processes all prescription orders, maintaining appropriate records, and overseeing preparation, storage, and distribution of all pharmaceuticals.
