You’ll need
Licensure
✓LPN (LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE) OR RN (REGISTERED NURSE) OR PT (PHYSICAL THERAPIST) OR PTA (PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT) OR COTA (CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT) OR SLP (SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST) OR RRT (REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST)
Certifications
✓Obtains pre-certification from insurance companies
✓Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
Qualifications
✓2 years of experience health care setting
✓Valid Oklahoma driver's license and automobile insurance verification.
Experience in a rehabilitation facility preferred
