As an Inpatient Therapist, you provide structured, evidence‑based care that restores hope —bringing steady energy and teamwork to our busiest hours. How You Will Make a Difference
- Complete therapy assessments and treatment plans within regulatory timeframes.
- Facilitate daily groups (CBT/DBT/psychoeducation), family sessions, and discharge planning.
- Coordinate aftercare with community providers; remove barriers to continuity.
- Document progress notes that reflect measurable goals and outcomes.
- Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
- Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams. What We’re Looking For
