Responsibilities INTAKE CLINICIAN PART-TIME DAYS 12-HOUR SHIFTS Metropolitan Behavioral Health (a UHS Facility) Metropolitan Behavioral Health is a growing 144-bed behavioral health facility that provides a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population, including specialty programs to serve adolescents, adults and older adults, and perform behavioral health assessments 24-hours a day. The Clinician may also schedule a clinical evaluation if appropriate for the client and contacts the physician who will make decision for the appropriate level of care: inpatient, day treatment or outpatient care.
He/she will facilitate this process by assisting the client, family and referral sources. Clinician also provides information to clients, families and referral sources regarding treatment programs, insurance and admission procedures.
