The Intake Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner. Must have good phone skills and able to work in a fast paced environment. The Intake Counselor screens callers contacting AGMC’s Behavioral Health Unit via phone for possible admission, or referral to community resources.
