Intake Specialist - Home Health Marlborough, MA | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Join BAYADA Home Health Care and make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families. We're seeking a motivated Intake Specialist to support client services, referral intake, scheduling coordination, and office operations in our Home Health office.
Support referral intake and workflow management Assist with client service coordination and scheduling needs Build relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners Monitor operational metrics and office performance Partner with clinical and office teams to deliver exceptional care Qualifications Healthcare, medical office, or home care experience preferred Medicare and OASIS knowledge a plus Strong communication, organization, and computer skills Desire to grow and take on increasing responsibility Why BAYADA?
