Licensure
✓Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of IA
Qualifications

✓Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
✓Eligible to work in the United States
Prior ICU and/or Critical Care either as advance practitioner and/or nurse preferred but with completion of the acute care program

What you’ll do

Actively engage in dailyActively engage in daily multidisciplinary rounds in the ICU
Collaborate daily with theCollaborate daily with the intensivists, hospitalists, and other consulting physicians to coordinate care and cleary communicate goals and patient treatment plan with the intensive care unit nurses to facilitate care
Work within the criticalWork within the critical care team and ensure coordination with attending, subspecialists, and nursing team
Maintaining a high standardMaintaining a high standard of continuity of care in handoff communication between shifts among providers and physicians
