and Responsibilities As our Hospital Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), you will be responsible for the facilitation of nursing practice and the delivery of nursing care, treatment, and services for your respective hospital. Every day you will provide leadership and strategic direction for all care traditionally considered nursing care for your hospital. In partnership with the hospital CMO (or similar role), you will lead patient care initiatives that support the provision of consistent clinical performance and practice standards.
You will review quality performance with hospital leadership, facilitate the analysis of quality performance, and prioritize improvement opportunities. You will have primary responsibility for establishing and ensuring clinical patient care standards are achieved in a cost-effective manner, and for establishing nursing services consistent with overall hospital values and goals to deliver the highest quality nursing services.
You will also foster a practice environment conducive to excellence.
