How you’ll make an impact in this role Collaborative Night Team: Join a highly collegial Hospitalist team of 20 collaborative providers, offering an environment defined by excellent working relationships with PCPs, the ED, nursing, and ancillary staff.

Lead Acute Patient Management: Evaluate and treat acute overnight admissions with precision, utilizing the fully integrated EPIC EMR system to coordinate high-quality care across the medical group. Procedure Flexibility: Focus entirely on clinical diagnostic and treatment skills—procedures are completely optional and not required.

Drive Quality Outcomes: Partner with an experienced team to improve cost-effectiveness and patient safety, earning eligibility for an annual 2.5% quality metric bonus alongside an impactful seniority bonus structure.
