Manage chronic medical conditionsManage chronic medical conditions and respond to acute changes in condition
Review laboratory, imaging, andReview laboratory, imaging, and consultant results and coordinate appropriate follow-up
Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitationCollaborate with nursing, rehabilitation services, specialists, residents, families, and behavioral health providers
