As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you'll be integral to our procedural team:Support Complex Procedures: Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal patient outcomesDeliver Patient-Centered Care: Prepare and educate patients throughout their procedure experience, ensuring comfort, safety, and understanding at every stepOperate Advanced Imaging Equipment: Produce high-quality diagnostic images using cutting-edge technology while maintaining strict radiation safety protocolsMaintain Clinical Excellence: Uphold sterile technique, monitor patient status during procedures, and respond promptly to clinical changesEnsure Operational Readiness: Manage equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and complete accurate documentationCollaborate for Success: Work closely with nurses, physicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional, coordinated patient careWhat You BringEducation (Required)High school diploma required.
Associate degree preferred. Graduate of an accredited radiology program or a certified/accredited JCERT hospital based program and credentialed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Associates degree required beginning January, 2015 required.
