This is an hourly position. EXPECTED

Invasive and Cardiac Specialist I: $41.13 - $53.83/hour Invasive and Cardiac Specialist II : $41.13 - $53.83 /hour (with a 3% range adjustment) Invasive and Cardiac Specialist III: $41.13 - $53.83/hour (with a 3% range adjustment) Overview This is a PRN position

The Invasive Cardiac/Vascular Specialist I provides technical assistance for selected diagnostic and interventional invasive procedures. Scrub assist for all diagnostic and interventional procedures, to include preparation and manipulation of catheters, guidewires and other devices. Injection of contrast media and medications from the sterile field as directed and supervised by the physician.

Documentation of procedures and patient information according to hospital policy. Qualifications REQUIRED

- Graduate of AMA Approved School in Radiography Licensure/ Certification:

• Registered in Radiology by ARRT((R).
• Radiography License by Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA).
• BLS CPR through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS from the American Heart Association or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

- Associate degree in radiography
