Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of daily IONM operations across all service lines (adult and pediatric) Supervise, mentor, and develop IONM Specialist staff, ensuring high performance and clinical competency Collaborate with the Medical Director and leadership to achieve clinical quality, operational, and financial goals Ensure compliance with ABRET IONM Lab accreditation standards and regulatory requirements Support staffing models, scheduling, and 24/7 operational coverage Partner with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and procedural efficiency Participate in and support neurophysiologic monitoring procedures as needed using advanced electronic equipment Ensure appropriate physician availability or support during all procedures Additional
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in neurophysiology or IONM At least 3 years of leadership or management experience
CNIM (Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring) required Certification in one or more neurodiagnostic registries (e.g., EEG, R. EP T., R. NCS T.) or relevant Bachelor’s degree Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross equivalent)
