Responsibilities IOP Therapist- Behavioral Health- Part time 20-24 hours per week Horizon Health is seeking an IOP Therapist (Licensed Master Social Worker LMSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT, or Licensed Professional Counselor LPC) for our behavioral health program at UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA. This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary.
