Enrollment in High School or an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate program, preferred.
Qualifications
✓Support Windows Workstation/Server operating systems
✓Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while effectively meeting all deadlines
✓Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills to interact effectively with others
✓Experience supporting workstation/server hardware environment
✓Experience in a data center environment: racking & stacking equipment and cable management
✓Experience with day-to-day virtual server management
✓Familiar with the ServiceNow IT service management solution
✓Basic networking experience
✓Proficiencyin MS Office.
✓Effective written and oral communication skills.
✓Ability to work within teams and maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment that often requires management and completion of multiple tasks.
✓Demonstrates sound judgment and ability to apply logical and critical thought processes when developing solutions.
✓Displays a positive presence and interacts with all levels of staff, outside vendors, consultants, and physicians.
Previous workexperience in the medical field, preferred.
