✓Required - Epic certification.
Preferred - Project Management Professional PMP or equivalent (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Change Agent, AGILE Project Management, or Program Management Professional).
Education
✓Required - High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred - Bachelor’s degree.
Qualifications
✓Required - 3 years of Epic experience.
✓Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally from all backgrounds.
✓Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and research skills and ability to support Epic systems by encoding, testing, debugging, and installing elements as needed.
✓Strong leadership, prioritization, planning and task delegation skills and ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
✓Ability to demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability for work.
✓Strong knowledge of Epic, operational or clinical expertise and ability to perform Gap analysis.
✓Strong technical integration skills and ability to design and implement technical solutions and processes.
✓Ability to travel throughout and between facilities and work flexible hours (weekends/holidays/nights/on call).
