✓An information technology asset manager analyst is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, such as hardware, software, and licenses, in an organization
Education
✓Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Qualifications
✓2+ years experience
✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✓Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
✓Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain
✓Ability to use supply chain software and tools, such as Service Now Hardware Asset Management (HAM), CMDB, and barcode scanners
✓Must have the ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
✓Must have the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with patients, visitors, staff, and management

Use appropriate Supply ChainUse appropriate Supply Chain technologies (Service Now, Buy@Duke, and SAP) to document movement of hardware
Perform inventory counts onPerform inventory counts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of stock levels in assigned area
Check warranty expiration datesCheck warranty expiration dates on hardware on a regular basis and document, insure first in first out (FIFO) method
