- Monday – Friday Analyzes user requirements and designs solutions to improve system functionality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and test software applications, troubleshoots issues to maintain optimal performance, and documents processes for user reference. Supports end-users through inquiry resolution, monitors application performance, and recommends efficiency improvements. Coordinates with vendors for software updates and assists in the development and execution of deployment plans. Qualifications Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field preferred.
3+ years' experience analyzing and supporting IT applications Experience coordinating with vendors for updates and deployments Licensure/Certification/Registration: Epic or other technical certification may be required for this position Other
Expertise in software testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring Strong user training and support skills Knowledge of application security and compliance requirements
