This position serves as the technical delivery lead for Epic MyChart and digital health initiatives supporting Kaiser Permanente regions. The role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of web and mobile enhancements, regional implementations, application upgrades, content deployments, and production releases. Working closely with engineering, quality assurance, product, operations, infrastructure, and vendor partners, this position supports release governance, operational readiness, issue and risk resolution, stakeholder communication, and production stability.
The role also helps advance automation, process improvement, and consistent deployment practices to ensure digital patient solutions are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational objectives. Job
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this senior individual contributor position is also responsible for the development of internet applications and software tools. This includes working with product teams to understand and contribute to defining the product vision, and developing and supporting end-to-end solutions including architecting, designing, developing, and testing member-facing applications/systems using cloud, content management systems (CMS) and traditional integrations.
