About the role

Full time IT Enterprise Architect III, Full Time, First Shift The Enterprise Architect’s primary responsibility is to define, guide, and govern the enterprise technology architecture strategy for the healthcare organization. This role aligns business strategy, clinical operations, infrastructure, network, applications, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and integration platforms to support high-quality patient care, operational excellence, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and innovation across the health system. Leads enterprise architecture strategy for AI, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation platforms across clinical, operational, financial, and administrative domains. The Enterprise Architect partners with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, operational teams, and IT departments to develop scalable, secure, and sustainable technology roadmaps that support organizational priorities and long-term modernization initiatives. Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Governance
Develops and maintains enterprise architecture standards, principles, and technology roadmaps aligned to healthcare business and clinical objectives.
Partners with executive leadership, clinical leadership, operational departments, and IT teams to align technology investments with organizational priorities.
Leads enterprise architecture governance processes, including architectural review boards, standards reviews, and technology lifecycle management.
Evaluates emerging technologies, cloud platforms, AI capabilities, interoperability solutions, cybersecurity frameworks, and digital health innovations.
Defines target-state architecture across infrastructure, applications, data, integration, cloud, security, and end-user technologies.
Establishes architecture patterns and best practices to support scalability, resiliency, security, and operational efficiency.
