Education
✓Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and Minimum six (6) years experience in an IT operations environment with technical experience in distributed technologies , systems development, and/or networking.
Qualifications
✓Minimum four (4) years experience in network infrastructure planning, design, and implementation.
✓Minimum one (1) year in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
✓Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Two (2) years experience in the design and implementation of complex network infrastructure solutions. preferred
Two (2) years experience in IT network infrastructure consulting. preferred

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Engineer V is a senior-level engineering role responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise voice and collaboration services. The role serves as the lead Service Area Engineer (SAE) for assigned platforms, providing technical leadership across solution architecture, deployment, integration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service recovery.
