Run help desk operations, ticket flow, and service levels. Serve as the escalation point for issues the help desk can't solve, including an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation. Partner with the Director of IT on network, devices, cloud, and security.

Hire, train, and coach a two-person support team. Keep access controls and documentation HIPAA compliant. What you bring 5+ years in IT, including 3+ in information systems management. 2+ years directly supervising IT support staff.

Hands-on EMR or EHR administration experience. EMR migration or implementation experience strongly preferred. Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network.

Working knowledge of HIPAA security requirements. A clear communicator who can train clinicians and hold vendors accountable. Healthcare background a plus.

Why this role You'll help lead a system change that shapes how the whole organization works, build your own team, and report to a Director who wants a partner, not a ticket queue.
