Develops and maintains robust, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and best practices. Performs application design, configuration, testing, and implementation for medium to high complexity projects. Translates business requirements into technical specifications for development or configuration build.
Leads product release management functions, including test plan development and user acceptance testing. Manages the product lifecycle of assigned modules, including administrative tasks and enhancement requests. Contributes to application standards, policies, procedures, and conducts peer reviews of configuration work.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment Required 2-4 years’ experience working in IT as an Application Systems Analyst or Technical analyst type role Required Salesforce certification preferred.
