Software Development & DevOps: Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports end-to-end solutions using technologies such as . NET, Java, C#, Python, Angular, Spring, and scripting languages. Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Leads and participates in Agile ceremonies while partnering with business analysts, product owners, Scrum Masters, QA teams, and other stakeholders to successfully deliver technical solutions.
Data, BI & Analytics: Leverages SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, Tableau, and Blackbaud CRM/Infinity SDK to analyze data, develop reporting solutions, and support informed business and technical decisions. Quality, Security & Production Support: Performs comprehensive testing, debugging, deployment, and production troubleshooting while ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and compliant with organizational and industry standards.
Technical Leadership, Documentation & Mentorship: Creates technical documentation, diagrams, workflows, and code documentation; communicates complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and provides training and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a senior-level Healthcare environment. 5+ years of experience working in IT as a Software Engineer or equivalent software development role is required.
Backend & Technical
Strong Java development skills (mandatory), deep understanding of Java Content Repository (JCR), OSGi framework, and Sling. AEP Core Proficiency : Experience creating data acquisition solutions through WebSDK, RT-CDP and CJA configurations. Firm foundation in applying data governance to CJA delivery capabilities.
Previous implementations of Adobe Analytics workspaces. DevOps & Tools : Experience with version control systems (Git), Maven, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Integration & APIs: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Adobe Experience Cloud (Target, Analytics), and headless AEM implementation.
