The Quality Analyst Joint Ventures supports the clinical quality strategy and performance improvement initiatives across all joint ventures at Deaconess Health System. Reporting directly to the Quality Program Supervisor of Joint Ventures, this role provides the analytical and operational foundation needed to track quality metrics, maintain accurate reporting, and support care gap closure and performance improvement efforts across the JV portfolio.
The Quality Analyst serves as a key data and coordination resource within the joint venture quality team, working closely with the supervisor, physician partners, and clinical staff to ensure performance data is accurate, timely, and actionable in support of value-based care goals and CMS compliance.
