Your Impact: The Utility Associate performs a variety of tasks related to the support of the operations of a professional kitchen. These tasks include: Tray assembly Tray and cart delivery Retrieval of carts with soiled trays Mechanical and/or hand washing of all food service plate ware, utensils, equipment, floors, and pots/pans Maintaining quality, cleanliness and ongoing sanitation of all dish room and food service production areas Mopping and sanitizing all food prep floor areas Cleaning checklists, temperature logs, and maintenance reports Qualifications Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Reliable, dependable team player With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
